Psalm 144:15 (KJV)
Happy is that people, that is in such a case: yea, happy is that people, whose God is the LORD.
Tom’s Thoughts
Fantasizing and reality are two different things. Sometimes people fantasize about when they will be happy, and it usually includes attaining something in the future, like reaching the age of 16, getting out of school and college, getting a good job, getting married, having children, or retirement, but fantasizing never brings happiness. We need to be happy today, in the present time that we live, because time slips away so quickly and time is a gift from God. Yet we often waste precious moments waiting for something to come to pass before we can be happy. Happiness is a choice, and the greatest joy we will ever know is found in our relationship with the Lord, and that is reality right now.
