Many years ago we were youth pastors. We had a bus ministry that brought kids in from families that thought they were using us as baby sitters. Then the kids started getting saved and serving the Lord. They soon started telling their parents about Jesus and leading them to Him. The Lord used the children of the unsaved to plow up the hard ground.
